1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kunming Sanglao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanglao", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sanglao provides computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to:

• Computer integrated systems design
• Custom software development
• Technical consulting services
• Data analytics and business intelligence
• Cloud solutions and infrastructure
• Support and maintenance services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Sanglao or its licensors and are protected by Chinese and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanglao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanglao and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
